1. No Refund on Digital Products
All digital products sold on MySmartUp are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once a customer receives access to the digital product (download link, email delivery, or dashboard access), the order is considered completed and cannot be reversed.
This policy exists because digital items cannot be physically returned, copied, or revoked once delivered.
2. Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
- A confirmed technical issue on our end that prevents access to the purchased product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Order Cancellation
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as access is provided instantly.
4. Incorrect Email or Details Submitted
If the customer enters the wrong email address or incorrect details at checkout, access issues cannot be considered as grounds for a refund.
However, customers may contact support to update their details, and we will assist in re-sending the product access manually.
5. No Refund for the Following Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchased the product by mistake.
- The product did not meet personal expectations.
- Inability to operate or use the product due to insufficient technical knowledge.
- Any issues caused by third-party software, device problems, or incompatibility.

7. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It may take additional processing time depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
- Delays in posting refunds by banks or card issuers are beyond our control.

8. No Exchange Policy
Digital products cannot be exchanged for other items or versions.
